How to use Crop PDF
Set how many points to remove from each edge (72 pt = 1 inch). Use presets to remove all margins at once, or set custom values for each side. Cropping is non-destructive — the content is not re-rendered; only the visible crop box is adjusted.

Is the cropped content permanently removed?+
The crop box is adjusted, which hides the cropped area. In most PDF viewers the content is gone, but a professional PDF editor could technically restore it by resetting the crop box. For true removal, use Redact PDF.
What unit is used for cropping?+
Points (pt). 72 points = 1 inch = 25.4 mm. A standard 0.5-inch margin is 36 points.
